A harry's home for the sunny town of Lienz

In our 15th house of the group, we welcome guests from all over the world directly in the sunny town of Lienz, nestled between the Lienz Dolomites and wooded slopes – ideal for business trips, family vacations, sports breaks and weekends for two. What can you expect? A hotel that works the way you travel: e-bike rental with service point, bike and ski storage, a small, fine wellness area and a separate playroom for children. The location has been deliberately chosen – the old town, main train station, cable cars and outdoor pool are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Many of our studios and apartments are equipped with a kitchen – perfect for longer stays or for those who like to decide for themselves whether they want to go out or cook “at home”. Our favorite place in the house is “harry’s living room” on the top floor with a view of the Dolomites. In summer you can set off from here for hiking, biking and climbing, in winter for skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing in the nearby Zettersfeld and Hochstein ski areas. Afterwards you can relax in the wellness area with sauna and relaxation zone.

Practical as always at harry’s home: our service points offer washing machines and dryers, snacks are available around the clock from the vending machine. In addition to families, business travelers, sports groups and motorcycle fans also check in with us.

Why Lienz is important to us

With Lienz, we have deliberately chosen a location that combines both business and vacation. We see the town as a place for meetings and business as well as a base for nature and sport. It was precisely this mix that was important to us. “With the new hotel in Lienz, we are once again positioning ourselves as a business location and vacation destination. We look forward to welcoming guests to the ‘second Tyrolean capital’ with immediate effect,” says Harald “Harry” Ultsch, founder and managing director of harry’s home.
The property was developed by SES, the real estate specialist of the SPAR Austria Group. Together with investor partners Kronberg International and the Styrian Medical Association, 17 million was invested in the project.
