harry's home goes Berlin Fashion Week

When Tyrolean roots, urban spirit, and creative freedom come together, the result is more than just a chance encounter—that’s exactly what we experienced in Berlin.
Together with Tyrolean designer Rebekka Ruetz, we demonstrated that heritage, attitude, and contemporary values resonate even across borders. Rebekka deliberately chose our harry’s home Berlin-Moabit as her base for castings and fittings. In addition to spacious rooms overlooking Essen Park, their team made particularly good use of our bright seminar room with a rooftop terrace—a quiet, creative retreat right in the heart of the city.
The rebekka ruétz label is known for its avant-garde design, minimalist style, and artistic elegance, combined with resource-efficient processes and high-quality materials. For her, sustainability means using innovative materials such as organic cotton or coffee leather and critically examining the entire production process.
Here at harry’s home, we’re also fully committed to sustainability: All of our hotels in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland have been awarded the EU Ecolabel. The Salzburg location is currently undergoing its initial certification. You can find our current certificates here. At 87%, the majority of our company vehicles are already electric, which allows us to reduce our CO₂ emissions by approximately 20,000 kg per year. Our properties in Austria and Germany meet 100 percent of their electricity needs with renewable energy and are mostly within walking distance of train stations—ensuring a convenient and eco-friendly journey for our guests.
