Our Studios offer the perfect combination of functionality and comfort. Two collapsible tables offer you a spacious work surface where you can prepare your presentation or business meeting, for example, and then relax on the comfortable chaise longue.
Business trip, study semester in another city or temporary relocation – our studios are not just for one night and are equipped with everything you need for your temporary home. The comfortable double beds ensure a restful night’s sleep after a busy day and can also be separated if you are travelling with work colleagues or friends. When travelling as a trio, the sofa in some of our studios can easily be converted into an extra bed. A quick lunch between two meetings, a snack for a day of hiking or your favourite dish for dinner? With your own fully equipped kitchenette and a supermarket just around the corner, you can enjoy complete independence and prepare delicious meals at any time of the day.
With a walk-in wardrobe, you won’t have to choose between your favourite pair of shoes or your third pair of jeans (although we do have a washing machine in our service point, but that’s just a side note). Did you know? Pets are always welcome: for bookworms there is even a cosy armchair with a stool or a sofa in the room. You don’t have to miss out on movie night with us either: all our rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with chrome cast. Our free Wi-Fi also ensures that you can take part in hybrid meetings without in..ter..rup..tio..n.

How come we know so much about families?
Quite simple – harry’s home was founded as a family business. By Harald “Harry” Ultsch, who runs hotels in the fifth generation with his wife Sonja and their three children Florian, Fabian and Valentina. And he does so with the whole family and incredible passion. Travelling to all parts of the world, the Ultsch family was able to gather a wide range of experiences and bring them into the hotel group. As employees in top hotels in European metropolises, the sons learned what it means to be there for the guest around the clock.
