Whether with family or friends, our Studios Superior offer plenty of space for stays together.
You are travelling as a group and when booking, the question arises: who with whom? So that this question doesn’t even pop up when assigning rooms, it’s best to opt directly for our Family & Friends room. You’ll all have plenty of space on 51 m²! The double bed can easily be separated into two single beds, the comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed and a fold-out single bed is also available. You’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to the sleeping arrangements, because we can promise you one thing: our beds are all super cosy. In the fully equipped kitchenette you can whip up a snack for the road, a quick lunch or a late breakfast and enjoy complete independence in preparing your meals. The necessary ingredients for your favourite pasta can be found in the supermarket just around the corner.
A dining table offers you enough space to get together, play a game of UNO or eat your pizza delivery. Thanks to the walk-in wardrobe, wandering around at night won’t be an Olympic discipline: all your suitcases, clothes and shopping bags can be easily stored there. By the way, the best concerts don’t take place on the big stage, but directly in our bathrooms. The soundproofing ensures that the person in the next room does not drop the newspaper out of their hand when you start singing in the morning. Armchairs, stools and flat-screen TVs with chrome cast provide the necessary comfort, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel for video calls, Netflix and the like.

How come we know so much about families?
Quite simple – harry’s home was founded as a family business. By Harald “Harry” Ultsch, who runs hotels in the fifth generation with his wife Sonja and their three children Florian, Fabian and Valentina. And he does so with the whole family and incredible passion. Travelling to all parts of the world, the Ultsch family was able to gather a wide range of experiences and bring them into the hotel group. As employees in top hotels in European metropolises, the sons learned what it means to be there for the guest around the clock.
