In our spacious appartments 3 people find a place to sleep. The comfortable double bed can be separated if necessary and the cosy sofa can be converted into another bed. As an enthusiastic amateur chef, you will get your money’s worth in your own fully equipped kitchenette with dining area. This way, you don’t have to miss out on your favourite dish even when travelling, or you can whip up a delicious multi-course meal in no time at all. (Let us know in advance, we’re always happy about good food!) You’ll find the ingredients for this in the supermarket just around the corner.
By the way, the dining table is not only suitable for having dinner together, but also as a workplace on business trips or for extensive game evenings. Thanks to the walk-in wardrobe in the room, you don’t have to fight your way through a forest of suitcases in the morning and, above all, you don’t have to do without your favourite jeans. It offers enough space for all your clothes – so nothing stands in the way of a shopping tour through Villach!

Where does it come from that we understand so much about families?
Quite simply – harry’s home was founded as a family business. By Harald “Harry” Ultsch, who runs hotels with his wife Sonja and their three children Florian, Fabian and Valentina in the fifth generation. And with the whole family and incredible passion. Traveling to all parts of the world, the Ultsch family was able to gain a wide range of experience and bring it to the hotel group. As employees in top hotels in European metropolises, the sons learned what it means to be there for the guest around the clock.
