We have everything you need for a longer stay, and our studios and apartments offer plenty of space for everything you could possibly need during your extended stay. On request, the room can be equipped with its own kitchenette, which has everything your cooking heart desires. And if you forget to go shopping, you will find all kinds of everyday items at our service point, along with a quick dinner, a snack for in between meals, and that long-awaited after-work beer. And did you know that all our rooms are equipped with a walk-in closet? So you don’t have to choose between your favorite pants and that second pair of shoes during your long stay—you can simply take both with you. With us, you decide what you need and what you pay for.
NOTE: Long stay rates are valid for stays of 15 nights or more.

In addition to a refrigerator, stove, and kettle, there are also pans, pots, and other cooking utensils waiting for you to cook with. Here you can prepare your own salad for lunch, lasagna for dinner, and breakfast every morning. Do you like to enjoy a wide selection of breakfast items from the buffet on Sundays? No problem! You can book our extensive breakfast buffet daily at a discounted price or on individual days at the normal price.

You have the laundry – we have the washing machine.
Snacks, drinks, and clean laundry around the clock. That’s right, you read that correctly. As our long-term guest, you don’t have to go without clean and ironed underwear, because our service point has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing station. It also provides you with everything else you need. Hungry but don’t feel like cooking? In addition to snacks, you’ll also find small ready meals at our service point. Some people have even struck up a conversation while waiting for the washing machine. We don’t know what might come of a conversation, but just in case, there are also condoms in the vending machine. You never know…

Groß, größer, harry’s home: In unseren Services Apartments findest du eine ausgestattete Kitchenette, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, einen großen Schreibtisch und vor allem eins: vieeeeeel Platz. Die wöchentliche Reinigung ist natürlich inkludiert und auch Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügeleisen stehen dir rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung – den Rest entscheidest du: tägliche Reinigung, unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet oder auch die Nespresso-Maschine stehen dir günstig zur Verfügung und können je nach Bedarf sogar flexibel und spontan dazu gebucht werden.
