Why a harry's home?

The idea and founder of harry’s home is Harald Ultsch from Innsbruck in Austria, whose family has been in the hotel business for 5 generations. The concept responds perfectly to the individualization of today’s world and enables a flexible living experience while travelling. True to the motto “Create your stay”.

Lots of home-made food such as breakfast and the family atmosphere create a temporary home from home. The functional environment in combination with the freely selectable offer ensures maximum freedom – a stay according to your own needs.

harry’s home now unites 16 hotels in Austria, Germany and Switzerland with more than 1,550 rooms and 4,300 beds.

The Ultsch family

The name Ultsch has written 5 generations of Innsbruck hotel history.

With the Hotel Schwarzer Adler, the family runs one of the most traditional hotels in the city, which has hosted many emperors and kings in its 500 years and is known far beyond its borders.

The ADLERS lifestyle hotel was opened in 2013, offering impressive views in the heart of Innsbruck. The complete panoramic glazing and not least the rooftop terrace draw the eye to the surrounding mountains and over the rooftops of the city. Alpine backdrop, urban feeling!

1988

Hotel Schwarzer Adler Innsbruck: The Schwarzer Adler is the traditional ancestral home of the Ultsch hotelier family in Innsbruck. Sonja Sophie and Harald Ultsch took over the management of the hotel at the end of the 1980s, and today the family business is run by the fourth and fifth generations together with their children Fabian and Valentina. Following extensive renovations in 2020, the hotel combines state-of-the-art comfort with the unique charm of its 500-year history. The 50 individually designed rooms and themed suites boast a contemporary design, complemented by an exclusive spa area with Swarovski elements. In the stylish Pfiff Bar, a fine selection of seasonal cocktails and popular classics round off the experience.

ADLERS Lifestyle-Hotel Innsbruck: With the ADLERS Lifestyle-Hotel Innsbruck, the hotelier family Ultsch created the modern lifestyle counterpart to the traditional Schwarzer Adler parent hotel in 2013. Opened by Harald and Sonja Sophie Ultsch and now managed by their son Fabian, ADLERS stands for urban design, vision and contemporary hospitality. Located in one of the highest buildings in Innsbruck, the hotel offers impressive panoramic views of the Tyrolean mountains from all 75 rooms and suites as well as from the restaurant and bar.
