Processing of your data within the GauVendi booking solution

We use a booking solution from GauVendi GmbH (Feuerwehrstr. 10, Frankfurt, Germany) on our website, which enables you to make a room reservation according to your personal requirements and allows us to view and manage the necessary information for your reservation.

The following data is processed:

Number of persons

Arrival and departure dates

Booked room features and rooms

Booked additional services

Country of booking

Other data relevant to the reservation and cancellation

The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, the fulfillment of the contract for the booking concluded with you, and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our interest in the optimal provision of additional options when booking and the maintenance of business relationships.
In addition, we use a feature that allows us to display additional offers tailored to your region directly during the booking process. For this purpose, your IP address, which is available to us through your visit to our website, is used in a shortened, anonymized form to obtain a rough estimate of your geolocation and to offer you suitable regional additional options. Apart from the short-term processing of your IP address for this purpose, no further processing of personal data takes place in this context. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in displaying suitable additional services to you.
The data will be processed for as long as is necessary to complete the booking. Subsequently, relevant data will be stored in accordance with statutory retention periods and then deleted.

GauVendi also supports us in evaluating website visitor data and further analysis. For this purpose, Google Analytics is used, provided you have given your consent via the cookie banner, and this data is then shared with GauVendi. We have concluded a data processing agreement with GauVendi in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, in which we oblige the provider to ensure the protection of your data.
In the course of processing, it is possible that your data may be transferred to third countries. For potential transfers to third countries outside the EU and the EEA for which there is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission, standard data protection clauses in accordance with Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR have been agreed with the respective recipient in the third country. DialogShift chat application and other communication services on our website

Our website uses the communication services of DialogShift GmbH, Torstr. 201,

10115 Berlin. These include a chat application, email communication, and telephone communication. The applications process and store data for the purposes of web analysis, operating the communication services, and responding to inquiries.

To operate the chat function, chat texts are stored and a cookie with a unique ID is set—this is used to recognize you as a customer. In the case of email and telephone communication, the communication content is also temporarily stored to ensure efficient processing of your inquiries.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored locally in the cache on your device.

With the help of this cookie, our application recognizes the device and can retrieve past chat logs. This cookie is stored for 90 days since last

chat function cannot be executed.

is voluntary and with your consent to temporarily use and store this data for the purpose of contacting you until the end of the contact. This personal data will be deleted after 90 days. When using the Journey Messaging Service, your contact details may also be used to send you travel-related information (such as check-in information), provided you have consented to this.
