The concept – freedom for guests
When “Harry” Harald Ultsch started thinking about a new hotel concept many years ago, guest freedom was a key part of his approach right from the start. Why should a hotel tell guests what to do and when? Hotels were often awkward and complicated. There were many rules and restrictions, but far too little freedom to decide for oneself. So Harald Ultsch invented the harry’s home hotel building block system. This allows everyone to decide for themselves what they want and when. Take daily room cleaning, for example. Do you really need it every day? Because then, of course, you have to pay for it every day. At harry’s home, guests can choose whether they really want it.
