Our studios are equipped with everything a traveler’s heart desires – except maybe chocolate. But don’t worry, you can find them in our service point.
First things first: our queen-size beds ensure a restful sleep after a hard day. Not just for one night: our studios are equipped with everything you need for your temporary home, even for longer business trips, a temporary change of location or a study semester in another city.
Tables that can be joined together offer a generous work surface on which, for example, your presentation or a business meeting can be prepared. A comfortable chaise lounge is sometimes available for you to relax afterwards, which can be converted into an additional bed when visiting family or friends. Salad for lunch, lasagna for dinner and a breakfast egg every morning, just how you like it?
With your own fully equipped kitchenette and with a shopping center just around the corner, you can enjoy complete independence and prepare delicious meals at any time of the day. A private bathroom with shower and your own walk-in closet ensure privacy, thanks to which you can shine with a tidy room even during virtual meetings. You don’t have to do without a movie night in a chilled atmosphere with us either: all our rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV and air conditioning. Our free WiFi also ensures that you can take part in your hybrid meetings without interruption.

Where does it come from that we understand so much about families?
Quite simply – harry’s home was founded as a family business. By Harald “Harry” Ultsch, who runs hotels with his wife Sonja and their three children Florian, Fabian and Valentina in the fifth generation. And with the whole family and incredible passion. Traveling to all parts of the world, the Ultsch family was able to gain a wide range of experience and bring it to the hotel group. As employees in top hotels in European metropolises, the sons learned what it means to be there for the guest around the clock.
