With our Studio Apartments, you’ll get the feel of home while travelling. A private living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining table gives you plenty of space to prepare your own meals at any time of the day.
The separate bedroom with comfortable double or queen-size bed and the private bathroom with shower or bathtub provide enough privacy. Plus, thanks to the walk-in wardrobe, you’ll never get that “living out of pocket” feeling again.
However, if you need more space, it’s no problem to add another room with a double bed, which can even be separated into two separate single beds. Our studio flats are also equipped with their own terrace access, a flat-screen TV with free Sky Sport access and air conditioning.

How come we know so much about families?
Quite simple – harry’s home was founded as a family business. By Harald “Harry” Ultsch, who runs hotels in the fifth generation with his wife Sonja and their three children Florian, Fabian and Valentina. And he does so with the whole family and incredible passion. Travelling to all parts of the world, the Ultsch family was able to gather a wide range of experiences and bring them into the hotel group. As employees in top hotels in European metropolises, the sons learned what it means to be there for the guest around the clock.
