Whether you are only spending a weekend in the city or staying there for several weeks or months, our flat offers you the comfort you are looking for. Our flats are equipped with everything travellers need – and everything you won’t find in your room can be found in our service point. You can even do your laundry there.
Our spacious flats sleep three people. The comfortable double bed can be converted into two single beds if required, and the cosy sofa can be turned into an extra bed.
Amateur chefs will get their money’s worth in the fully equipped kitchenette with dining area. This means you can prepare your favourite dishes or conjure up a delicious multi-course meal on the go. The dining table is not only suitable for eating together, but also as a workspace for business travellers or for long game nights.
Thanks to the walk-in wardrobe in the room, you don’t have to fight your way through a forest of suitcases and can take your favourite clothes with you. It offers enough space for all your outfits – so nothing stands in the way of an extensive shopping tour through Graz!

Quite simply – harry’s home was founded as a family business. By Harald “Harry” Ultsch, who is the fifth generation to run hotels with his wife Sonja and their three children Florian, Fabian and Valentina. With the whole family and incredible passion. Travelling all over the world, the Ultsch family has been able to gain a wealth of experience and contribute it to the hotel group. As employees in top hotels in major European cities, the sons learnt what it means to be there for guests around the clock.
