AGB
General
All prices are quoted in euros. Unless otherwise specified in detail, the prices offered are inclusive of all taxes, duties*, valid until revoked. Any price changes due to taxes and duties shall be borne by the contractual partner. New government levies will be added to the contract prices.
*For Harry’s Home in Graz, Linz, Dornbirn and Zurich there is a local tax/accommodation tax/accommodation tax per person and day, which is shown when booking.
Reservations
We are happy to accept a verbal or telephone reservation. However, in mutual interest, a reservation should be confirmed in writing (letter, email). This will give you the guarantee that a room is ready for you. If you arrive later than 18.00, we ask you to inform us about it.
For group bookings of 10 rooms or more or 15 people, separate cancellation and payment conditions apply. For information, please do not hesitate to contact our reception.
Warranty / Payment
The booker guarantees/pays the reservation through a link sent by our payment provider, according to the PSD2 regulation with 2 factor authentication.
We cannot guarantee reservations without deposit or authorization of the credit card. Without guarantee, we reserve the right to resell the room in case of no-show until 18:00.
For stays of 3 nights or more we require in any case the guarantee/deposit through the payment link.
Additional persons
We ask for your understanding that in case of a confirmed room booking for one person, an extra charge for additional arriving guests is to be paid.
Desired room
We ask for your understanding that we cannot bindingly promise certain room numbers or floors.
Shortening the stay
Free shortening of 1 night is possible on the day of the new departure day free of charge until 11:00, after that the following night will be charged at 100%. Excluded from this are special rates with advance payments and bookings without free cancellation, as well as during selected trade fairs and congresses, longstay rates, as well as group bookings, which are charged at 100%.
In case of shortening longstay rates, the rate will be adjusted according to the length of the new stay (up to 6 nights daily rate, up to 30 nights weekly rate).
Cancellation conditions and no-show
In case of cancellation, we ask you to always send it in writing by mail. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the hotel.
Rooms with daily rate (up to 4 rooms) – Until 18:00 on the day before the day of arrival free of charge.
Rooms with daily rate (from 5 rooms or 7 nights) – free of charge up to 14 days before arrival date
Rooms with weekly rate (from 7 continuous nights) – free of charge up to 7 days before arrival date
Rooms with monthly rate (30 nights or more) – free of charge up to 14 days before arrival date
Room with special price
- non-refundable, savings prices, % promotions
- not cancelable free of charge, not rebookable, 100 % prepayment
These are our general guidelines, individual agreements are to be taken from the reservation confirmation.
Final cleaning
- from a stay of 14 days a final cleaning is necessary at departure:

Invoicing / Cost absorption
The invoice address as well as the items for an assumption of costs must be given at the time of reservation. The booker is liable for all ordered services. In case of cancellation a penalty will be charged to the orderer.
Cleaning
In the event that soiling beyond the normal level of use is found even after the guest’s departure, the hotel is entitled to subsequently charge the guest for the cost of repair, replacement or cleaning.
Smoking in the room (fire alarm)
Please note the strict ban on smoking in the rooms. The fire alarm is triggered by smoke, excessive steam or gas development as well as by manipulation of the fire alarms and sprinklers. In case of non-compliance, we will have to charge for the fire department intervention, as well as additional special cleaning.
Third-party services
We reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 20 % if external services are charged to the customer.
Liability
The hotel is only liable for intentional or grossly negligent contractual or non-contractual damage. The burden of proof of fault lies with the guest. The liability of the hotel for valuables brought in by hotel guests, such as pictures, cash, etc., is limited to the amount of the hotel’s liability insurance. Valuables do not include items of personal use that serve to satisfy various material and cultural needs, although they may be of high value (e.g.: cameras, fur coats, etc.). These items are not to be replaced by the hotel.
Items left behind by the contract partner will only be forwarded on request up to 14 days after the stay at the latest, at the risk and expense of the guest, if they exceed a value of € 10,00. After that, the items, if there is a recognizable value, will be handed in at the lost and found office or disposed of.
Jurisdiction
It is agreed that the competent court in Innsbruck shall have jurisdiction. (for harry’s home Munich in Munich).
Interpretations / § 6 Provision of substitute accommodation
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS FOR THE HOTEL SERVICE 2006 (AGBH 2006) – version of 15.11.2006
6.1 The Proprietor may provide the Party or the guests with adequate substitute accommodation (of the same quality) if this is reasonable for the Party, especially if the deviation is minor and objectively justified.
6.2 An objective justification shall be given, for example, if the room(s) has (have) become unusable, already accommodated guests extend their stay, there is an overbooking or other important operational measures require this step.
6.3 Any additional expenses for the substitute accommodation shall be borne by the Proprietor.

Without guarantee, we reserve the right to resell the room in case of no-show until 18:00. The total amount of the booked services will be collected 100% upon arrival.

Invoicing / Cost absorption
Cost absorption must be agreed individually in each case and are valid only after written reconfirmation of the hotel.
In case of assumption of costs by the company, the total amount is to be paid to the company until the day before departure via bank transfer or payment link. Otherwise the amount will be collected on site.
