Our studios are equipped with everything a traveler’s heart desires – except maybe chocolate. But don’t worry, you can find them in our service point.
Whether for one night, several weeks or even months: on around 24 m², you will find everything you need for your temporary home in our studios.
First things first: our double beds are not only super comfortable, but also ensure a restful sleep thanks to special mattresses. Do you like to have the whole bed to yourself at night or are you travelling with work colleagues and friends? We have the right solution for that too: if necessary, all our beds can be separated into two single beds. In the shower you can perform the latest hits from the hit parade. You don’t have to be ashamed of your taste in music: thanks to the soundproofing in our bathrooms, no one can hear you. In the fully equipped kitchenette, you can prepare your snack for an extended sightseeing tour or cook a quick dinner and enjoy complete independence in preparing your meals thanks to the supermarket right next door.
The walk-in wardrobe has room for all your things, even during longer stays, and you don’t have to fight your way through a forest of suitcases like Indiana Jones in the morning. It’s so big that you can even have your morning yoga session there, although we recommend the balcony if the weather is nice. You can watch the latest episode of your series in the comfort of your armchair in front of the flat-screen TV. The Wi-Fi is of course free of charge in the entire hotel.

That’s why our rooms have beautiful parquet floors and practical furnishings, large wardrobes and many small ideas that make life easier. For example, the perfect sound insulation – so that the little ones can let off steam in peace without bothering others.
Where does it come from that we understand so much about families?
Quite simply – harry’s home was founded as a family business. By Harald “Harry” Ultsch, who runs hotels with his wife Sonja and their three children Florian, Fabian and Valentina in the fifth generation. And with the whole family and incredible passion. Traveling to all parts of the world, the Ultsch family was able to gain a wide range of experience and bring it to the hotel group. As employees in top hotels in European metropolises, the sons learned what it means to be there for the guest around the clock.
